This includes structured data markup, content optimization, third-party presence management, and ongoing monitoring across all major AI platforms.
How long until I see results?
Most clients see measurable improvements within 30 to 60 days. AI models update their knowledge bases regularly, and our optimization strategies are designed to align with those update cycles. Your monthly reports will track progress across all three scoring dimensions so you can see exactly how your visibility is improving.
Do I need technical skills?
Not at all. Our Optimize plan gives you ready-to-use content you can simply copy and paste onto third-party platforms. Our Autopilot plan is fully managed, meaning we handle everything from schema markup to content deployment. GetCitedBy is built for non-technical business owners who want results without the complexity.
Is AEO different from SEO?
Yes. SEO focuses on ranking in traditional search engine results pages. AEO focuses on getting your business cited in AI-generated answers. While there is some overlap in best practices, AI platforms evaluate and surface information differently than search engines. AEO requires a distinct strategy focused on structured data, authoritative sourcing, and third-party validation.

What plans do you offer?
We offer three tiers. AI Monitoring at $99/month tracks your AI visibility across all major platforms with monthly reports. Optimize at $499/month adds AI-optimized content and strategic recommendations you can implement. Autopilot starts at $1,300/month and is a full white-glove service where we handle everything on your behalf.
What is the difference between Optimize and Autopilot?
Optimize gives you content and strategy recommendations that you can copy-paste onto third-party platforms. No technical work required, but you handle the implementation. Autopilot is full white-glove service: we handle schema markup, technical audits, content architecture, third-party presence management, and all implementation on your behalf.
What does Autopilot include?
Autopilot includes everything in Optimize plus hands-on implementation. We deploy schema markup to your site, create and publish content on your behalf, manage your third-party platform presence, handle technical SEO and AEO audits, build "best of" list content, conduct outreach for mentions and citations, and provide dedicated account management.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can move between plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing plans.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. We believe in earning your business every month through measurable results, not locking you into a contract.

Which AI platforms do you track?
We monitor all major AI platforms including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot. As new AI platforms emerge, we add them to our monitoring system so your visibility is tracked across the full AI landscape.
How do you generate content?
We create AEO-optimized content tailored to how AI models discover and cite information. This includes FAQ content, schema markup, blog posts, "best of" listicle content, and structured data. All content is designed specifically for your industry and business, never generic templates.
What is schema markup?
Schema markup is structured data added to your website that helps AI models understand your business. It tells AI platforms exactly what services you offer, where you are located, your business hours, customer reviews, and more. Think of it as a machine-readable summary of your business that AI can easily parse and cite.
Do you need access to my website?
For the AI Monitoring and Optimize plans, no. We can monitor your AI visibility and provide content recommendations without any website access. For Autopilot, we do need access to deploy schema markup and implement technical optimizations directly on your site.
Results & Metrics
What are the 3 P's?
The 3 P's are our proprietary scoring framework: Presence (are you being mentioned by AI?), Prominence (how highly are you ranked or recommended?), and Perception (is the AI saying accurate things about your business?). Together, these three dimensions give you a complete picture of your AI visibility.
How is my score calculated?
Your AI visibility score is calculated by querying all major AI platforms with industry-relevant prompts, analyzing whether your business appears in the responses, evaluating your ranking position relative to competitors, and checking the accuracy of any citations. The result is a composite score across the 3 P's that tracks your progress over time.
What kind of results can I expect?
Results vary by industry and starting position, but our clients typically see a significant increase in AI citations within the first 60 days. Businesses that were previously invisible to AI platforms often move to being regularly cited and recommended. Your monthly reports will show exactly how each metric is trending.
How often do I get reports?
All plans include monthly reports delivered through your client portal. These reports cover your 3 P's scores, citation tracking across all AI platforms, competitor comparisons, and actionable recommendations. Autopilot clients also receive a detailed breakdown of all work completed on their behalf.
